3G services not supporting

I am Asif Shaikh (Mobile +919970501988), I have bought Airtel 3G modem from Croma Pulse mall, Vimannagar Pune on 29-July-2012, which is not working properly at my place, I am getting 2G network at speed of around 0.1 to 1.50 kbps speed. I went to Croma and asked for replacement or refund but they are giving me either. I called Airtel 3G helpline number, but these doesn’t know anything instead of helping me they wasting my mobile bill. while purchasing the device know body gave me demo of airtel services executive sold me the device to complete his target and now airtel employees are not helping me now when I need them.
