Name of company/service: VODAFONE
I have been a vodafone custome for 8 years. I moved my plan to 3G couple of days back but was unable to connect to internet. When I called to complain, I am told that my sim card is old so cannot use 3G ??? How come this was not told to me while opting for 3g service, so I am paying for 3G without 3 G service?? Now I am expected to go their store to get a new sim acrd?
