Name of company/service: Reliance Telecommunications
I purchase a modem on the 19th April 2012 from Reliance distributor in Teynampet anna Salai. This modem was not working and i faced installation problems which the customer care could not resolve. So i went to the point of purchase to rectify this, where they took the product for service and did not return to me until middle of May. Mean while a bill was generated for this time period in my name for usage of this producet and when i received the modem services where disconnected for non payment of the above said bill. I dont know how any company can charge a customer for rental of a product when the product was with them for service. Please advice.
