I have ordered TNG Formal Shirts – TFGN-9263-Red – 40 and Casual Range of Shirts by John Players – M-40(order no is-913400715) on date 17/06/2012
according to company offer(if you purchase any product of Rs.2000 you will get discount of 1000).
on line payment done bye me on the same date for the product from sbi account number 32147124228
all the product are showing in stock when i did payment in the site of homeshop18 but after 7 days i got only one product when i contact by phone they are saying that product is out of stock.and they are refunding money for the other product.sir one thing you tell me if the product is out of stock then payment does not occurs homehop18 is cheating with the customers by giving the attracting offer.but reality is that
the are deceiving customer.
I am very disappointment.please take the action to this company.because they are spreading good offer to sail their bad product by giving the combo offer with the branded item.after purchasing the item they are giving only worst item and sending a email that branded items has out of stock.
