im senthil i booked a comlaint of my samsung mobile 3212i to display change till two weeks they dint respond my phone call after two weeks i went to service center and asked them they are telling cooly that customer should not call and enquire they should come directly and enquire ,then why they given their contact number,for asking this question that manager got angry and trying to harm customer badly and talking vulgour,ashame for samsung customer care.you have to change the manager immediately.the branch is in virugambakkam opposite to avichi school,arcot road,chennai.
