Sir, My 320 GB HDD broke down so I contacted costomer care and they had a person to pick up the faulty HDD from my place which is at A-21, Abhinandan Nagar, Sukhliya, Indore – 452010. He sent it to company headquarters in Bangalore at 88-A, Electronics City, Hosur Road, Bangalore-560100. It has been over a month now and they haven’t provided any explaination for the delay in replacement.
