I had lodged a complaint on 13.06.12 regarding my hitachi window ac with the customer care. i was told i will be atteded within 48 houres. my complain no. is 12061300490.
today it is 19.06.12 more than 144 hours but no one has turned up yet. We r facing so much of trouble in this heat. i have called helpline no. for more than 20 times but they are just saying it iwll be done tomm.
Plz help me.
I want a strict action to be taken against them.
