my name is sukant kumar. i live in delhi. i have a NOKIA C2-03.
on 5th june 2012 i was updating my phone’ software through my phone
due to an error occured my phone is not switch on,i tried a lot but the phone does ON. then i call 30303838. the person on the line said your phone is DEAD please take the phone to the GULATI COMMUNICATIONS F-12 BHAGAT SINGH MARKET,NEAR GOLE MARKET ,NEW DELHI 110001. Then i gave the phone to gulati communication. they said you have to submit your phone for 7 DAYS.Then i submitted my phone. they gave me a job sheet.

When i reached there after 7 days they said your phone is in the headoffice.and you can recive your phone on THURSDAY. Then i said ok i will. i asked them my phone is in warrenty they said yes.
i asked is it is charged any money for this they said NO. i said ok. iwill come on THURSDAY and recive my phone.when i go on THURSDAY they again said that your phone is in headquaters and IT IS LIQUID DAMAGE. NOW IM SHOKED THAT THEY FIRST SAID THEY WILL NOT TAKE MONEY AND NOW SAYING THAT IT IS LIQUID DAMAGE. I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW COULD IT HAPPENS???????????????
HOW COULD IT DAMAGE’S WITH LIQUID. I WAS JUST UPDATING MY PHONES SOFTWARE AND AN ERROR OCCURED
THEN HOW COULD IT LIQUID DAMAGE????????????????
I WANT AN ANSWER SIR BECAUSE IT IS NOT HAPPENING WITH ME BUT WITH ALL PEOPLES THAT HAVE THER PHONE UNDER WARRENTY.when i go today they said your phone will be charged RS1800 for repairing. firt they said it is free because your phone is under warrenty and now they are saying RS 1800.now my phone is not working properly. when i gave them my phone,my phone’s touch is working and now it is not

SIR PLEASE TAKE AN IMMEDEATE ACTION AGGAINST IT .
