Name of company/service: Vodafone

I had given request for activation of blackberry messenger on my mobile no 9811575111 but till date no services has been activate on my mobile phone and balance amount of rs 129/- has been deducted from my account. i have visited the vodafone store around 3 times with record in there computer but no suitable answer was given by there executive instead of replying they replied me in a rude manner that services would be acitvated by late night .
later on I sent email to there respective nodal officers but no reply has been recieved till date. kindly do the strict action against the company.
