I received a call from +911409580309 number, and they said as a valuable customer we are going offering “credit card from dining club” for which i need to give my card number for verification. For that reason I given my ICICI card no. But on 31/05/12, to my surprise they debited the amt Rs 5499 from my card without my knowledge.
As per diningplus request I have sent an email to [email protected]. Today when I called up to confirm if they got the email, they said they received it and sent a reply which I didn’t get. They gave a reference number acube08047 and sales department phone number which is 011 30977100. After calling them repeatedly they finally picked the call and said they will get my money back if i send the welcome kit back and provide them the courier number (As I asked, they sent me a confirmation email on the same). I have sent back the welcome kit and provided the courier number by email. Now I got a mail that I need to talk to their Mumbai branch (02249121300). Nobody is picking up the call as usual.
