I AM HOLDER OF AIRTEL SIM 9746040564 FROM 2008 AND IT WAS HAVING A LIFELONG VALIDITY OF 30/MIN TO LAN PHONE AS WELL AS ANY MOBILE.FEW MONTHS BACK I CAME TO KNOW MY CHARGE RATE IS BEEN INCREASED, WHEN INFORMED CONTINUOSLY IT WAS SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE AND SOLVED IN 5 DAYS TIME.NOW ON 19/05/2012 THE SAME ISSUE HAPPENED AND WHEN CALLED IT WAS SAID IT WILL BE SOLVED IN 3 DAYS TIME AFTER 5 DAYS WHEN CALLED IT WAS SAID IT WILL BE CLEARED BEFORE 30TH.LATER ON WHENEVER I AM CALLING MY CALL IS NOT GETTING CONNECTED AND HENCE I MADE MAILS TO THEM ,BUT TILL NOW I AM GETTING THE SAME REPLY AGAIN AND AGAIN’YOUR TARIFF IS CHANGED’ AND NOT YET SOLVED MY ISSUE.
