I booked ticket from lucknow to kalkuta dated 4 december journey dated 9 december of 3 passenger.. In online booking they take 20760 rupees through net banknig…after this i called to custmer care he told taht your ticket is not make so your refund in 48-72 hours but till now 7 days have been passedbut no response of refund is found to me..please do needful action.
