We have a 22″ Panasonic LCD TV purchase from City Electronics on 31-oct-2012 having a bill no-1693 Address:-City centre, baccha park meerut city phone no-0121-3295927 with a 2 year manufacture guarantee but on 27th of August 2013 the TV wouldn’t turn on and we registered our complaint at panasonic customer care centre on 28 of aug-2013 and our service request no is PI-ASC-1308131830 which I received on my mobile no through a text message, after 1 day i.e on 29-aug-2013 a technician come and told to me there is a problem in the power board so you give the Xerox copy of purchase bill and i solve this problem after two three days when the new power board is provided by the Panasonic company but till now my problem is not solved, i continuously calling in panasonic care centre on-08650500434, customer care centre-18001031333, technician jitender-09756932868, service man rajiv (09760141442) & sanjiv (09897244361) and buyer-0121-3295927 but none of these solved my problem and they all telling lie to me i.e today your problem will be solved by our technician but till now they not solve my problem so please help me to get this problem solved because I m a middle class man and I didn’t afford to get the purchase new lcd tv again, so please do the needful I’ll be very thankful to you.
