Name of company/service: AIRTEL Digital TV
I have been using the Airtel digital TV connection for more than a year, for past 1 month lot of disturbance is going on in signal quality. Most of the channels are not working. I have dropped an email on 6/04/2013 raising an issue. Instead of contacting me they replied me on that email stating that ” We would like to inform you that we have been unable to establish contact with you on your number 9560886538 despite our best efforts. Therefore, we request you to provide us an alternate contact number so that we are able to contact you in future”. Neither I received any call nor anybody visited my place to resolve the issue.
