21 DVDs pack not running on any of our hometheatre and laptops

Location/place: Velachery,chennai

Name of company/service: Connexions velachery and Eagle Home Entertainment PVT LTD

It was mentioned in DVDs as all regions(play mode) and will run in all.But when we bought it yesterday night and tried in my philips DVD player and windows XP laptops and my neighbours philips home theatre(which plays all orginal DVDs very well),orion player and computer.It shows no dics in all the DVD payers here and my laptops not able to read.it shows 0bytes when i try to see properties of dvd drive .So thought as empty disc and took back to their shop(at the time shop opened at 9:30 exactly).They tried in their player and it was playing in their sony progressive scan player and told as will not be taken.Even i asked them to keep it back in their shop still they talk with eagle home entertainment pvt ltd.They told eagle home entertainment pvt ltd will not take.so we cannot talk to them if it plays in my player.I even asked my home is walkable distance please come and check my home laptop and player.They told that they are not supposed to do that.even if they took it and give back same title dvds in normal more which plays in my player or in all players that is fine for us.So is end the mail reqyesting to do so to eagle home pvt ltd but no reply and their customer centre numbers and mobile were not picked.
