Hi,
I am neel. My mobile number is 9924127372. I am using reliance GSM service. But on 6nd feb 2013, reliance deducted more than Rs50 for just send sms my sms plan is active rs 16 is also available to auto renew bt never autorenew . i ask every time to rcom customer care executive bt they ans me to this is company software problem.last 4 times this problem on my number,i wish to solve my complain, i am quite sure that it could deduct max 1 rs for this. I called customer care several times but they are neither ready to refund the deducted amount nor ready to write a complain. Is this the kind of reward,reliance gives to its valuable customers. Even most of my friends use reliance service and it happens with them frequently.
I really want to escalate this matter to higher autority of Rcom to take proper action and do proper justice. If i dont get my deducted amount refuded, i will opt for number portability.
