I had recharged my phone with the 3g services. Initially it was working fine, but after few days the internet speed was very slow. I had raised a complaint on 25 of may but nothing happened. After few days I contacted again and I was informed that the complaint was closed stating that the issue is resolved,but infact it wasnt. And they took the complaint again stating that it will be resolved within 48 hrs. The validity of the 3g sevices expired, and I had 100 Mb of usage left.When i told the company about it , they said that they will no revert back my usage.Its really frustating. My money has gone for a waste with being able to avail the servie.
