I have purchased a samsung galaxy y pro duos Gt-B5512HKAINS mobile set on 22/5/12 evening from civil lines Allahabad,u.p.The set is faulty.The set is going off/on automatically.I called up samsung customer care on 10/9/12 and complained about it.The told me to go to the service centre.On 10/9/12 i went to the service centre located at civil lines,Allahabad,u.p.The inspected the set and took it in their custody stating it is having software problem.In the 10/9/12 evening the returned the set telling software has been reloaded and set is ok.But in front of the the same problem occured again and again.they even took the job sheet from me duly signed by me at the time of delivery of the set.then they told me to contact the dealer and behalved very rudely.That evening itself i contacted the dealer but he refused to change the set and told to contact service centre for replacement of set and behalved in a manner that i have done a crime purchasing samsung set. I have got the original purchase bill of the set. I Ask you all in samsung what is my faulty?paying a good amount of money for a faulty set or purchasing a samsung product?Is this the kind of service you provide?is this the behaviour your service centre and dealers do with customers? I request you to replace the faulty set within 48 working hours otherwise i have to look for legal options or move to consumer court. I have faced enough for purchasing a samsung ph.I will look to an end to this harrasment,humiliation ,& fraud.Pl help me.
