Dear Sir/Madam,

My Ubislate 7+ Pre booking ID is PMC96EC57408.i had booked it on January 2012.and i already made a payment of Rs.3198 by A/C pay Cheque in Favour of Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd. on 22-02-2012. from SBI JHAGADIA,BHARUCH,GUJARAT and i get confirmation of payment on 19-03-2012 that amount already debit from my account and i still not get delievery from you.i just got mail from you in 22 august 2012 for surely deliery of item but i nothing get till date. i just want to know what is the issue about it.because that is too much time for delievery of this product.please revert me the reason about this issue.if you not able to deliver item then please refund my payment.waiting for your favorable response.
