Today I got a message unwillingly from 558884015(chat service) and Rs.15 charged forcefully, how does it happens i am very frustrate by these unwillingly charges by the service provider. Earlier also i had been charged Rs. 15.00 many times in the month of April & May 2012. BSNL’s patiala office got it discontinued on 15.05.2012, but again fircefully charging has started. Please discontinue all these type of services and refund total amount so charged.
