Name of company/service: EXIDE

My Tata Photon Plus (Model: HUAWEI EC 1261) prepaid number is 9231489509 and I have been a consistent user for the past two years. I have been getting very slow internet speed and abnormal consumption of GB (gigabytes) on normal internet use like surfing, mail checking, studying. Below is my usage pattern from 4th May to 15th May 2012.
4/5/12 – 2:42 PM – 2079 MB
5/5/12 – 2:43 PM – 1984 MB (Consumed = 95 MB)
6/5/12 – 2:42 PM – 1935 MB (Consumed = 49 MB)
7/5/12 – 2:43 PM – 1806 MB (Consumed = 129 MB)
8/5/12 – 2:43 PM – 1678 MB (Consumed = 128 MB)
9/5/12 – 2:43 PM – 1553 MB (Consumed = 125 MB)
10/5/12 – 2:42 PM – 1422 MB (Consumed = 131 MB)
11/5/12 – 2:44 PM – 1361 MB (Consumed = 61 MB)
12/5/12 – 2:43 PM – 1005 MB (Consumed = 356 MB)
13/5/12 – 2:46 PM – 941 MB (Consumed = 64 MB)
14/5/12 – 2:42 PM – 904 MB (Consumed = 37 MB)
15/5/12 – Early Morning – 0 MB (Consumed = 904 MB)
15/5/12 – 11:30 AM – 2048 MB (Recharged Rs. 750, 2 GB = 2048 MB)
15/5/12 – 2:45 PM – 623 MB (Consumed = 1425 MB)

My humble question is all of a sudden what happened on 15th May 2012 that you have stolen my hard earned money. Is it very necessary for a big and reputed company like Tata to do this kind of petty things? There are many options available in the market. So, do not think that you people will act like a thief and we will continue using your service. This is after all our many that matters most.
