I apply for no objection certificate against my flat no 70FF situated at Maqusda near milk plant jalandhar on 16 Feb 2012, and i also apply in rti in the month of may and june 2012 but he failed to give me reply now i apply in Deputy commisioner office in jalandhar for help to me issue the NOC from Jalandhar improvment Trust Jalandhar and i already request to Jalandhar Improvment Trust Through Punjab Keasri New Paper but till date my self not received any reply pl confirm can i apply in your court for issue to me NOC send me letter My postal add is as under:-
