Dear company,

I have Whirlpool 270LIT single door refrigerator .
Having 12yr. Service Free Warranty.

Its door was get Detached from its Shaft.

So some days before i was registered a compliant
COMPLIANT NUM:IND0107120053 and
attended by Mr.Gulam Husain(9977544747).

But he is not agreed to deduct Service Charge.

Also on companies toll free number – 18004194040, that service agent is not taking any kind of responsibilities and he don’t have any kind of information regarding 12yr service free warranty

So Plz. solve problem and Guide me about 12yr. Service Free Warranty.
