Location/place: Ghaziabad (Delhi-NCR)

Hello Sir / Madam,

I booked a furnither with The Home Stores in Sept,2009 at their outlet in Pacific Mall, Ghaziabad (Invoice No. 353 dated 26-092009 and the order no. 1329 dated 26-09-2009). I paid them Rs. 25000/- as advnace and a cheque for the balance amount.. stating that the deliver is requied after six months.

After few months they put “under renovation” board on their outlet and finally came to know that they have closed this outlet at Pacific Mall.

I asked them to cancel my order and refund my advance of Rs. 25000/-. Since then I have been requesting them for my refund and now finally according to them that they have got the money given to them through cheque. Whereas, the cheque given to them has never been produced to my account and is not honored.

I have provided them the scanned copies of invoice and order no. and can be produced again in original, whenever asked for.

I would like to request you to help me to get my refund along with the Interest.
