Hello sir,
My name is Ashish Singh and I am from Agra, Uttar Pradesh. I’ve recharged my numbers(+91-9027459213, +91-9027582625) with GPRS plan 99/-month with data of 2GB. Someday it works properly but after 12 days my GPRS didn’t work properly. When I connected my GPRS with internet through Mobile(NOKIA 5130 XPRESS MUSIC) and also PC it connected and disconnected every time when I connected my GPRS. I complained this Problem to Reliance GPRS costumer Care (complaint no. is 183997312,183988239). When I call customer care they tell me that your problem is in under process and it is resolved shortly, every time when I call I listen these words. But now My GPRS Plan date is over and I have not connected my GPRS with Internet & my problem is not solved. When first number(+91-9027459213) problem is occured I recharged my other number(+91-9027582625) with same plan and some days same problem i have received. But Till todays date my problem is not resolved by Reliacne Customer team. So I requested to that Please do something.
