I am a Vodafone postpaid customer. On 24th June I was offered a new postpaid plan by Mrs Shrusti from the retention department. The details of the plans are mentioned below
Monthly Rental: Rs299/-
Talk Time: Rs400 + 100 mins extra
Call charges @ Rs0.3ps/min
SMS @ Rs1/sms
Data Plan : Rs99 for 1GB
I was informed that the above mentioned plan would be activated from 25th June onwards. However it came to my notice on 15th July that the said plan was not activated and again I requested for the same and I was assured that the same would be activated and charges in the bill amount would be included accordingly.
After that I received bill for the month of July with amount Rs2689, When I went to Vodafone stores I was informed that the tarrif plan was changed with effect from July 17 but the data plan was still not active. The representative from the store Mr. Bhushan told me that the request I made was on 24th June was there in the dashboard notes but the same was not activated and also he could not tell me why this request was still pending. He took my request but asked me to mail me the same matter to below mentioned ID’s
I emailed the entire matter to the above id’s and got an automated reply that the necessary action on email would be taken in next 2 days. Almost 5 days have passed but I have not received any reply for the same. This is the last time I am begging to rework the amount I need to pay for the month of July and August. Also would like to inform you that incase no immediate action is taken I would cancel your service and switch to some other service provider.
My bill amount for the month of July and August should be calculated on basis of plan offered to me by Mrs Shrusti
