MY Sony Xperia is just 8 and a half months old. Suddenly it got switched off suddenly so given to Sony Authorised Serice Centre ( AMBE ELECTRONICS ) at Atta Market, Sector 18 Noida on 22 June,2012. I was given a Work Order no-SE312ECA10830.
I was suppose to get delivery on 28 June2012.
But, I have not yet received my Mobile repaired. Everytime I called them they tell us to check the next day or Contact their Call Centre at 180030002800. When we call them they give us another Ref Number- 93214489. But with that Reference number whenever we called them, they tell us to check with the Service centre & they tell us to contact CAll centre.
Thus days are rolling by & Result yet.
This is utter nonsense & there is no specific contact person or number to talk.
Can You please help us in getting my mobile repaired Back to us.
IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.
