I have registered a complaint against onida 6.5 kg fully automatic top load washing machine (Wo65tspldd1) which falls under 2 years warranty period. I had complaint them on 28 june 2018 and my complaint no. Is 1806i[protected]. There was a problem in the motor for which they said they will have to replace and they would get it.
It’s been a month today and with rigorous follow up every day from my end the customer service executive just tells “we will follow up with the service center and would update you by eod, but no one was even bothered to update.
The service center also doesn’t update the status. I want them to repair it as soon as possible as for a month we are spending on laundry.
