This is humble request from you to repair my Air tell phone no of Indore 0731 – 4064471,
which is not Not Functioning, since Saturday 9-06-12

I made regular complain on Sunday dated 10-06-12 and 11-06-12 and 12-06-12
but still my phone and net is not in function
while it is the no. of my clinic and by non functioning of phone lot of patient are suffering. please take serious action and do need full
