Hello PHCI Team,
I got a call from you guys on 18/09/2017 by this number – 011-47471076 and explained me the platinum plan of 10000/- Rs.
I have bought that plan using my Citi Bank CC card, I have been told that you will be receiving welcome email in 10-15 mins after payment. But it has been 7 days I have not received any email or document from your side.
In the same way, promise made to me that you will receive your devices and welcome kit in next 2 days but still did not received.
I also checked on Consumer complaints against PHCI and found none of your customer is happy with you saying you don’t process any claim reimbursement.
So I want to cancel my package and refund my amount (10000/-Rs) with immediate effect.
It has been more than Six months, I am following up with this company. But nobody responds.
Even from few days there number is also not reachable. I believe they ran away with my money.
Please beware from these kind of companies.
