Name of company/service: Snapdeal
I purchased headphones on Snapdeal for Rs. 3737. After opening the parcel, it was laptop cover worth Rs.1000.
On complaining to customer care firstly, they were not willing to accept that they had switched the item with someone else. After following up for 7 days; finally informed that they will not deliver us our package but give us a cheque. Inspite of explaining that I am not having a bank account they made the cheque in my name.

Continuously following up for the cheque today we are informed that the courier did not deliver it because our house was closed. Further inquiry and we know of a completely new address.
*WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN*
All communication happens on the site and by email so that no confusion regarding the contact numbers and address yet both times serious mix-up first with parcel & now with cheque.
Can the Company please own up its technical glitch / slack staff
WHY WE JOIN THIS DEAL TO LOOSE OUR MONEY ? I AM NOT GETTING WHAT I WANTED TO PURCHASE AND HAVE LOST SAVED UP MONEY TOO.
