Xolo local service center – A.B.Communications, RC Dutt road Vadodara, Gujarat.
I handed over my damaged mobile to Xolo service center 1 month before, also paid INR 4200/-. I received SMS from Xolo service that will get my handset on 16th July 2014. i visit local service center and did not get any proper answer only one sentence “not ready yet”
I called Xolo toll free and come to know company centralized service center did not received payment confirmation yet from local service center i.e. INR 3100/-.
I have 2 concerns —-
1. Even after 1 month no update about repairing charges to centralized service center.
2. Why local service center charged me INR 4200/- when actual cost is 3100/-
