I ordered a HP 15-r007TU Notebook(G8D27PA) on 4th Nov, 2014 in www.eshop12.com..! My order ID id 2301671. After 1 week I called them for the status of my order. But they can’t give it and told that laptop stock not available & delivery is not supported etc. So they cancelled my order. But till now I didn’t get my refund amount back. And last Thursday(Nov 27, 2014) I called them. But they told me to wait up to Nov 29, 2014. But I didn’t get refund. So I called them on Dec 1, 2014. Finally they ask my account details to refund it. But I didn’t get that refund till today(Dec 2, 2014). So kindly help me to get my money back.

friend of mine. From himachal had placed the order for Macbook air In December , same thing happend , no reply for a month .in January I traced their office , which was closed spoke to nighbours and left my number with then with in a week nighbour called and I rushed to their office . I met the owner. He told me he got married recently and was away for 2 months , he showed me marriage invitation. Boarding pass all that and said his employees ran away with all the money and stock , and took three days time to deliver the product , and third day he called and I went and got the laptop .

Based on the advertisement on E shop online by http://www.eShop12.com I have ordered a laptop apple MacBook Air MD760HN/B(Ci5/4GB/128GB) and the cost of Rs. 54,499.00 had been transferred though internet banking on 22-12-2014 from SBI HVF Branch debit bank account.

Last word from Mr. Shurma in the month of march that his shop was looted by his workers and gave a complaint to Bangalore police station, so he is safe now.
Money should not pay in advance. Even then e shopping is a bad shopping.
