Wrongly charged for internet use

Sir , I am using reliance GSM in my mobile for last 3 years
. on 10 oct 2014 i recharged Rs37 in which 400MB for one week was given to my relience mobile no:- 8060939048 for internet use validity upto 16 oct 2014 . But on 14 oct 2014 i received one sms from reliance GSM that RS 165 was deducted from my main account for internet charges. i immediately call to customer care and told about this .Then they checked the problem and told me that it was wrongly charged . then they told that complain was registered . sent me complain register NO:- 225801611 AND told that your problem would be solved within 2 days . BUT sir after 2 days i received sms from reliance that RS. 21.5 was refund and RS142.8 was charged for internet
after read this sms . Again i call to customet care and told them that i am already activated RS37 INTERNET PACK FOR INTERNET you wrongly charged for intetnet please refund my RS 142.8 back. but they do not try to understand the problem only one thing they repeating that there decision was final RS142.8 was not refund . one thing i told u that sir out of 400 mb i used only 399mb
please solve the problem sir.
