Wrong Updation in CIBIL by BAJAJ FINANCE

Location/place: Ahmedabad

Name of company/service: Bajaj Finserve Lending ( Bajaj Finance )

I took the consumer loan from the company to buy sony vio laptop. I paid 4 emi of 3032 as downpayment and rest 8 emi through ECS from Axis Bank. My Loan Acc. No : 4180CD00123094. I have NO DUE CERTIFICATE from Bajaj Finserve. I checked my CIBIL REPORT on 4th feb 2013. There is 43,510 rs due is showing. I mailed to bajaj finserve on 4th feb 2013 to update my CIBIL SCORE but there is no reply from the company till the time. My request number is 8841146 in bajaj finserve lending. There is a big forgery from the company. After paying all the EMI and facing big problem. I cant apply for credit card and home loan.

    .Loan account 4040CD00213755 of BAJAJ FIN LTD closed after making all timely payments but current balance(Rs. 6663) is getting reflected.
    2. Loan Account 4040CD00326218 of BAJAJ FIN LTD not closed
    after making all paymets(advance + all emi) and current balance(Rs 10409) is getting reflected.

    If the proper record updation dosnt take place on time it might hamper taking consumer loans at least not from Bajaj Finservelending.

    Due to this incorrect updated info in the CIBIL report my PLoan and Credit Card got declined.

    Kindly take the appropriate and necessary actions.

    Hi,
    My name arif sheikh my bajaj bike loan no 425058837. I have settled my loan with bajaj finance.I have noc also.
    When I apply for the new loan of any bank finance.It is rejected by bank finance,They told me that your name is in CIBIL.
    So can any buddy help me to update my name in CIBIL.

    Hi,
    I have paid my pre-payment (online) 4-5 days back of my Personal loan and still it is not reflected in my account. Send complaint and return with account statement instead replying to my query. Also there is no any link available in online account where I can check my payment receipt. There are only one customer care no available which is always busy.
    Why these people provide online account if not able to maintain it properly?

    EVen i have the same issue with Bajaj Finserv. I never done business with those people and now they are showing me as a defualter for 50,000/-. They have my PAN number and other informations are wrong which does not belong to me. I have contacted they and in the beginning they said they will remove that since it was a wrong update and I have a confirmation number provided by the Bangalore office. Now they are telling me that its my information and they cannot remove. I was about to file a law suit thru consumer court and they said they will have a fraud investigation and now they are like Bangalore office people tried contacting me and I have never responded and they cannot do anything. I am filling a law suit now. Any advice. please.

    Total 253 Consumer Court Cases Against Bajaj Finserv are registered across India.

    and Total 960 Consumer Court Cases Against Bajaj Finance.

    I don’t know, if the company is same why complaints are registered under two names.
