I am very disappointed by the services of makemytrip. I had a booking of return trip from Delhi to Hyderabad with booking id NF2201748896992. The booking was cancelled by me on 15th Feb through makemytrip. On confirming with indIgo airlines I was informed Rs.9448 had been refunded to makemytrip while MAKEMYTRIP has refunded me only Rs.4608. I want to know how makemytrip has kept Rs.4840 when the cancellation fee was supposed to be just Rs.500. I have been trying to reach you through call center and website. The reference id generated are 150222-025130 and 150302-027914.
