wrong product is delievered to me

I order woodland boots from snapdeal but when I open the delivery product I see that there are one pair of Fortune dublicate company shoes are packed in that box then I request to Snapdeal plzz refund me but they daily keep me in waiting list it’s been 20 days I request them but they can’t give any satisfy answer to me .the price of that woodland boots is 4000rs .
