I purchased a shoes by through Online in HOMESHOP 18 dated 18/07/2014 (Order no.949275285 ,Sub-order no.-8312663). It has delivered on 28/07/2014.But when I opened the parcel i surprised that a wrong product delivered to me.The customer care given me a Complaint no.(107902375) & also i returned the product to the traders by DTDC courier service(tracking no.- K72301402) on that day.I want it’s solution as soon as possible.
