Wrong message passed at the time of delivery

Hi I have ordered a product which need to be delivered today I called a person to deliever the product but he denied I called customer care but they are also helpless I have recorded a call or that deliever guy the norm of the Amazon delivering the product is door step delivery but on call record he clearly mention that he cannot deliver the product at my home he also talked very arrogantly and wen I told him I have recorded your call he cut the call immediately I request you this is a flawed service which they provide to the customer they have violated there norms I urge you kindly take some productive action on this thank you
