I took this product in Oct 2011 from Utsav exhibition ,Pune and get installed in Feb 2012,i did 3 servicing at the price of Rs 350and last at the price of Rs550 in march 2013 and again i got bad water so i register my complaint so they send their person after 8 days and he said now the membrane got damaged and for change you have to pay Rs1850 + service charge.
But when i purchase they say that the life of membrane is min 6-7 yrs. At our place this completed only 17 months.
