Wrong information at the time of booking and delay in Project completion

Name of company/service: AMR Infrastructures Ltd.

I have booked a space of 1000 Sq Ft with AMR Infrastructure in their Kessel I Velley project, Greater NOIDA in June 2006.
At the time of booking, I was told that there will be 8 floors in the building, but they increased the building to 16 floors without intimating me and without reducing the cost.

The project was delayed and they could get completion certificate in December 2012 only, after about 6.5 years.

At the time of my making full payment in advance, I was promised by their promoters at that time (M/S Earth Infrastructures) that I will get the post dated cheques till the lease / rent of the building starts. But they have stopped paying me the cheques wef January 1013.
Please help me.

We have checked in all your documents and have seen that there is no discrepancy in any of your bookings. In case if you still fell any discrepancy you are requested to come to our Karol bagh Office and get it resolved.

AMR is committed to resolve every single issue and focussing on to inaugrate Mall and delivery of I Homes Flats or IT Office Space (Manthan).
