wrong information

Sir
I have recharged my mobile no.9334544315 with special tarrif of Rs 118/- on 01 Sep 2015 after scrutiny via reliance website offering of unlimited reliance to reliance local call and other calls @ 30 paise/min with 28 days validity. Recharge is successful bt but benefit of service still not credited to my no. Sir I contacted customer service BT they just ignoring my issue.
Now neither they are refunding the amount as main balance nor activating the service I have recharged for.
It’s my humble request please raise my issue and let my money back.
