Wrong deduction of Money by Reliance Communication

Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I, Darshita Shah have a prepaid mobile no. +91 80803 26715

On 21st February I have send a request for Wats App Plan of Rs. 16/-. Before activation I have made an inquiry call to your customer care. They informed on charges are Rs. 16/- and no other plan to be activated or charges.

In morning I gave a call to customer care as the Plan was not working. They inform & guide me to install the internet settings. In this process my balance o Rs. 78.10 is deducted. As per my understanding, the internet settings are free of cost.

Again I to call at customer care & register a complain for refund of Rs. 78.10. The complain no. given to me is 216961330.

In this conversation, they informed me that for Wats App Plan to be activated on my cell, I need to activate the internet plan also. Difficult to understand why different information about plan is provided by your department.

No I don’t wish to have any value added packs on my cell ie deactivate the Wats App Plan. I also want the refund of Rs. 16/- which is deducted for activation of this plan. Due to wrong information from your side I have activated this plan, so Reliance is suppose to refund the money. When the call is transfer to the senior of the issue of refund of the said amount, no call is responded.

Kindly refund the total amount of Rs.94.10 and deactivate the Wats App Plan. Hope do not need to re-explain the whole issue again & again & my full amount will be refunded.

Your earlier action & support will be highly appreciated.

The above complain have been made but no reply received. Now on giving a call to Customer care, they revert that money will not be refund due to usage of internet.

I have not used the internet only the instructions from the department for installation of net service were followed. I don’t understand the service & training the executive provide.

Please look into the matter. When the contact details for register a complain in Reliance was requested to your department, they did not provide. The practice of putting the call on hold for 10/15 mins & then disconnecting is being follow.

Looks like Reliance communication just want to harass customer and do not intend in providing service to the customer.
