m an account holder in SBI Air Force Station Chabua Branch. I made POS Purchase of Rs 1711 on 14 May 16. While swiping the card the transaction was not completed and transaction was declined. Same happened twice. Then i paid cash for that purchase. But when i saw mini statement of my account i found the amount was deducted twice (Total – Rs 3422). Then i went to state bank and lodged a complaint. Complaint no. are as follows
PO9999024433044, PO9999024432993 on 26 May 16. Sir Rs 1711 got credited in my account on 04 Jun 16 in reply of my first complaint. But second complaint remained unattended. When i asked SBI staff for redressal of my second complaint, they replied that the second transaction was successful while making POS purchase. Then i again requested for lodging fresh complaint on 17 Jun 16. Complaint no. is
PO9999024750694. But the amount of Rs 1711 not still credited in my account.
