Sir,
This is to inform you that I V.Bharath Kumar from Hyderabad, Is facing an salary issue with this company called ZYZON LIFESCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED (PHARMA COMPANY).
I was recruited by HR General Manager .Mr. Shankar & DIR.Mr.Khaja Yakub Ali on 22 Feb 2012 for the position of Supply Chain Management Executive, once I joined this company they gave me only one month salary.
From last 2 month management started delaying my salary, when i asked HR General manager Mr. Shankar & DIR.Khaja Yakub Ali, they said that they would delay the salary and spoke informal saying “if you want to work, work else resign the job. This statement made me insecure as I have to run my family and this was only source of income. That’s when I decided to resign the company. I informed this to the management they said me, give the resignation letter first & then they would give me salary. This is not right the procedure to follow, and I was forced to leave the company. It’s been a month that I am following-up, and the answer I am getting from them is, even though if I approach the labour court ,they could not give my salary.
So here I am to raise a concern and seek your help in order to get my 2months salary, I believe that you will definitely help me out with the same. Please kindly do the needful.
I request you to do me the favor to get my salary with full and final settlement.
My salary per month is 12,000/-Rs.
