on date 7/6/16 i was booking movie ticket from my paytm account at the time of booking several times booking failed but at last movie tickets booked ,booking id 1794094850 and amout 300.34 has been deducted from my account in which 150 rs per ticket they have not charged any convinence fee .the msg of deduction of amount was at 5.28 pm after that again i received a msg of deduction of 334.34 rs at 5.27 which consist of 150 rs per tickket of movie as well as convinence charge.
i have mailed my issue to paytm but they are saying that for any successful transaction they will not return my money
BUT HOW THEY CAN CHARGE FOR SAME SEAT TWICE IF ONCE SEAT IS BOOKED THEN HOW SEAT CAN BE BOOKED TWICE AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE THAT VENDOR IS NOT CHARGING CONVINENCE FEE .
