Wrong billing by Vodafone : Unnecessary downloading charge

I am a Vodafone Postpaid Customer in Maharashtra using unlimited internet plan.
In monthly bill of July 2014, Vodafone has charged me RS 99/- for downloading hello1_tvallsouth, and Rs.30 for mobilart_valuePack, a stuff which I had never downloaded.
Also in month of June 2014, Rs.15 were charged extra for downloading some nonsense stuff which I never did. I ignored in June because amount was less.
But this time Vodafone has crossed limits and charged a lot for unused stuff.

When I called their Customer Forum for explanation, he was unable to answer and did not file my complaint and was giving rude responses..(shameless customer care !!!).

I want my unnecessary charges in bill to be revert back(with Rs.30 extra tax charges) to be back in account.

I have seen lot of complaints on this forum about this. Hope vodafone will note of this and will stop charging for unused charges.

    Seems that vodafone got lot of similar complaints. Looks like vodafone trying to complete financial target by looting people’s money with unused charges.

    Beware before choosing Vodafone !!!!

    Hi, I also faced the same issue in Kolkata. They have charged me above 400 rupees in a month for these unnecessarily content download charges which I never did. Shameless Vodafone ! They should be thrown outside the country. Cheaters.

    No…Vodafone claims that you have done that download and no refund will be given.
    And customer care also dont register this as complaint..
    Worst and most useless customer care !!!

    I have ported out of vodafone now !!!

    I have also face similar issue. I was charged INR 300 in the last month, that i got refunded after speaking to vodafone nodal officer and but as everyone he was not having a logical answer to this. Also he told me that this is one time refund and will not be refunded again. In my current bill i again get downloading charges of INR 500 rs. for downloads i have never done. I don understand that how can vodafone charges for download, when they give unlimited download.

    If someone has solution to this please let us know.

    This is clear case of doing fraud to the customer by Vodafone.
    Mob no. 7506922533 is being wrongly billed for Internet uses. They are claiming my uses which they misrepresented and put customer in false perception of wrong uses.
    Loot, thief, bad

    I am also facing same problem from 4-5 months they charge Rs 99 for hello1_tvallsouth and another Rs 99 for d2c_mydala_99 as downloading charges its really shameless customer care!!

    Does anybody know any higher authority to whom we can complaint.
