Wrong Bill from Tata Docomo

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo Walky

I have obtained Tata Docomo Walky in the month october -2012,my Number 040 – 6999 1587 Subsequently i have changed my plan from Rs.299 /- to Rs.500/- after talking to the executive at Tata docomo Retail outlet at Kukatpally.

He clearly explained to me about the tariff which would be billed in Seconds be it local or STD.

But Bill was generated in Minutes for all the STD calls,I requested them to send the revised bill converting it into seconds so that I can pay the bill, from 25th January to till date 15th Feb-13, problem is not solved, I have tried reaching in all the possible ways thru Emails, contacted to customer care number 121 and visited the outlet also, when ever I approached them they will give a commitment saying your problem will be solved in 48 hours unfortunately that didnt happen in last 10 days, now that they have barred my outgoing also which would be a serious concern and loss to my business.

I request the concerned to authorities to look into this to resolved at the earliest.

    This is a complaint against Tata Photon.
    I am using Tata Photon since 3 years back.
    In February i called Customer Care to change my Billing Cycle but they refused when called them to discontinue my service they agree to change my billing cycle then i received a call from Tata Photon saying that due to change you billing cycle they need to change my Tariff Plan from 2GB@450 with Rs 1200 Capping To 300 min@250 for 10 days and after 10 days you Tariff Plan will be revert back to your old Plan 2GB@450 with Rs 1200 Capping. I have given my permission and after 10 days i pay Rs 212 against 300 min@250 on 25 Feb 2013 but they continue the same plan till 25 March 2013 and they send me bill Rs 5000 (approx) when i try to register complaint they given me Rs 500 as Goodwill Gesture but i am not agree with that.
    My concern is why should i pay Rs 5000(approx) when i did not used that i am only agree to pay according to my Tariff Plan 2GB@450 with Rs 1200 Capping and for last 10 days i am contacting them through Email as well as Phone Call but they are ready.
    They are not entertain as well as resolve my problem.
