We having voltas split ac .We already complain so many times through phone and mail too. But there is no solution from there end from last so long no one visit or contact us.we are not at all happy with your services and no good coordination.your company promise us to solve our problem with in 24 hour but still its now more then 1200 hour but there is no solution from your end. Everyones is use to come and tell us that there is a leakage in cooling coil and they do some welding and leave it as it is.even they commit us that they exchange it next time butno one visit us or exchange it or solve our problem. Still no one visit or solve our problem even we contact them and recallit but still no one visist or solve our problem. I seriously want to complain in consumer court regarding this voltas company product and services.we buy it from last 3 years and till that time period we xomplaint arount 3000 times . So you expect how the product is.
