Worst service provided so far to me, Auto deducting money from main balance

Hello I am using Vodafone prepaid sim. I am not satisfied with the services provided by Vodafone India. My complaint is regarding the frequently activation of any plan without prior call to me. My Vodafone number is 9758533649. On 20 September 2017 I have recharged my sim with UL+1GB pack of Rs. 199. That time the balance on my sim was Rs. 138. On 22 Sept 2017 Rs 85 was automatically deducted from my balance. After complaining in 198/199 I came to know that Vodafone have automatically activated Video App. It was solved and they returned balance. It was also suggested to Vodafone not to activate any scheme automatically.
But on 25 Sept 2017 my balance was automatically reduced to Rs. 24
from Rs. 138. It is injustice to any customer. A number of times 198/199 was dialed but there was no reply from Vodafone. It was like that they don’t want to listen from my number. Next they I tried to complaint from my friends postpaid Vodafone number, but Vodafone person asked to call at 9719097190 but there was no reply from that side. Today a complaint was registered at Vodafone Store Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand. A call was received from Vodafone person and he told that balance was deducted for Re1Store and Some rojgar. As I am already in service what will I do for this rojgar. He denied to returned the balance. Vodafone services is making me very irritating. I want my balance Rs 138 back.
In past too Consumer Forum resolved the problem of auto deduction of Rs.90 for international call at this Vodafone number.
